These are your tasks
* Project and process coordination in the school IT sector with a focus on holistic management and implementation of digitization projects
* Operational management of IT processes with a focus on change management in close collaboration with pedagogical, technical and administrative stakeholders
* Independent planning, implementation and monitoring of projects for technical and infrastructural digitalization at schools in Nuremberg
* Coordination of school contacts and structured collaboration with technology, administration and education
* Management and controlling of processes including resource management, deadline management and quality assurance
* Documentation, data maintenance and optimization of work processes - also in relation to existing IT databases and systems
* Participation in IT service management and the strategic development of the school's IT architecture
This is your profile
You need one of the following qualifications for the job
* Bachelor's degree or diploma (FH) in computer science or business informatics or
* Other qualifications (e.g. IT specialist [f/m/d]) with extensive relevant skills and experience and at least two years of relevant professional experience or
* Civil servant (f/m/d) of the 3rd QE / in the higher civil service, career path natural sciences and technology, specializing in administrative informatics, or
* Civil servant (f/m/d) in the 3rd QE / senior civil service, administration and finance career path with at least three years of relevant professional experience and extensive relevant skills and experience, or
* Verwaltungsfachwirt/in (f/m/d) (Fachprüfung II) with at least three years of relevant professional experience and extensive relevant skills and experience
You also have
* An affinity for IT and an interest in the further development of school IT structures
* High level of initiative, organizational skills and willingness to undergo continuous further training
* Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and a sense of responsibility in a dynamic environment
* Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and intercultural competence in dealing with a wide range of contacts
* Experience in project and process management, ideally in change management, desirable
