Thorough understanding of project or program management methodologies and tools. Plans, develops, and coordinates procedures and policies, implements process streamlining, and aligns the organization under their leadership with strategic and business objectives. Job Requirements Plans, budgets, and secures staffing for the project/program managers in their scope of responsibility Monitors their teamu2019s progress and ensures compliance with standards and procedures Holds the project/program managers accountable to ensure they execute their plans on-time, on-cost, and on-quality Monitors the efficiency of project/program management methodologies and tools and suggests improvements; by evaluating and reporting on the progress of all projects Resolves conflicts and effectively manages escalation topics Clearly communicates roles, expectations, and accountabilities to their team members on a regular basis Promotes and develops best practices in program/project management Develops leadership qualities in people and maintains a robust succession plan pipeline Drive continuous improvement and support organizational change initiatives What your background should look like Generally, requires Bacheloru2019s degree in appropriate field with 10 or more years of experience; or Mastersu2019 with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent Formal project or program management education.
