Key Responsibilities: Lead a section during events, ensuring outstanding guest service from start to finish. Coordinate with kitchen and senior service teams to deliver smooth and seamless service. Prepare and maintain mise en place and station setup in line with event needs. Train and guide junior staff during setup and service. Maintain elegance, speed, and precision even under pressure. Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile: 3–6 years' experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, banqueting, or event catering. Highly organized, disciplined, and committed to delivering exceptional service. Genuine passion for hospitality and customer care. Strong communication and people management skills. Fluent in English; basic German is a plus but not required. Positive attitude, team player, and proactive mindset.
