Logistic Service Coordinator Ocean Freight Export (m/f/d) for our Düsseldorf office:
Your tasks:
1. Independent handling of ocean freight export shipments
2. Planning, booking and creation of transport orders as well as tracking and tracing of shipments
3. Non-conformance reporting according to KPIs
4. Cooperation with approved subcontractors according to agreed rates
5. PSA BDP customer support as well as coordination with our overseas houses/agents
6. Registration and processing of complaints
7. Compliance with deadlines
8. Preparation of order settlements and processing of incoming invoices
9. Optimizing workflows and monitoring results
10. Ensuring ISO, SQAS standard and data maintenance

Your profile:
11. Experience of minimum 3 -5 years in ocean freight
12. Commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent
13. Work experience in handling ocean freight export shipments
14. Confident use of MS Office applications
15. Good written and spoken knowledge of German and English
16. Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
