Aufgaben
* Direkte Unterstützung des Vorstandsvorsitzenden in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen
* Rechtliche Beratung und Prüfung von Vorgängen, insbesondere im Bereich öffentliches Recht
* Koordination und Begleitung von Projekten im Bildungsbereich
* Vorbereitung von Sitzungen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
* Kommunikation mit Behörden, Partnern und internen Fachbereichen
* Operative Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von strategischen Maßnahmen
Qualifikation
* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt öffentliches Recht
* Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Bildungsbereich oder in einer Non-Profit-Organisation
* Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohe Eigeninitiative
* Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen rechtlichen Fragestellungen
* Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten
* Hohe Vertraulichkeit und Loyalität gegenüber der Geschäftsführung
