🧭 AI Engineer (m/f/d) - Würzburg

📍Würzburg | 💶 €70,000 - €90,000 + Bonus + Benefits | 🌍 Remote Working

Our client is a fast-growing AI consultancy building production-grade artificial intelligence systems.

As an AI Engineer, you will take end-to-end technical ownership of customer-facing AI solutions - from architecture and system design through to deployment and ongoing operation.

You will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable AI systems. This is a hands-on role with technical responsibility and regular customer interaction, where you will help shape both solution design and delivery approach.

⚙️ Tech Stack / Focus Areas:

Python, LLMs, RAG Systems, AI Agents, LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, MLOps, Cloud (AWS / Azure), APIs, Production AI Systems

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience operating AI/ML systems in production environments
• Strong Python background
• Proven experience with LLM-based systems
• Experience working in customer-facing / forward deployed technical environments

➕ Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-step agentic architectures (planning, memory, orchestration)
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience operating AI services in production environments
