<p><strong>Field Technical Support Engineer</strong></p><p><strong>(Senior) Technical Support Engineer</strong></p><p>Duties：</p><p>1、Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage systems on site.</p><p>2、Address technical issues on-site in a timely manner to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.</p><p>3、Provide technical support to customers, answer questions about the equipment, and deliver necessary training.</p><p>4、Collaborate closely with the technical support team and R&D department to feedback on-field issues and suggest improvements.</p><p>5、Continuously follow up on customer after-sales service requirements to improve customer satisfaction.</p><p>6、Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards when performing any on-site work.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1、in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.</p><p>2、At least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, with preference for those with energy storage experience.</p><p>3、Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably familiar with energy storage systems.</p><p>4、Solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles.</p><p>5、 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of working in high/low voltage environments.</p><p>6、Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.</p><p>7、 Relevant electrical or high voltage operation certifications are preferred.</p><p>8、 Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working hours.</p>
