We are seeking a lawyer (m/w/d) in the field of large personal injury claims for our Kraftfahrt-Haftpflicht department in Munich, starting immediately.

* You are interested in combining economic, medical, and legal aspects while keeping the human element in focus
* You independently manage our complex personal injury cases in collaboration with our doctor and case manager
* You negotiate independently with claimants, lawyers, and social insurance carriers
* You always keep cost, profit, and customer considerations in mind
* You prepare and oversee court proceedings
What we expect from you
* You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/w/d), business lawyer (m/w/d), or have a comparable university degree
* You have experience in handling motor vehicle liability claims and solid knowledge of motor vehicle insurance
* You understand medical issues and ideally have medical knowledge
* You are familiar with damages law and social security law
* You demonstrate high social competence and can adapt to various conversation partners and situations, characterized by eloquence and confidence
Support for admission as in-house counsel (Rechtsanwalt) (m/w/d) is welcomed within possible scope.
