As Associate Director (m / f / d) Physician Program, Abiomed you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive market growth and establish strong relationships with industry leaders. You will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities, implement market development initiatives and manage relationships with existing key opinion leaders as well as establish new KOLs to influence and drive market trends. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement a market development strategy to drive therapy growth and adoption Identify and analyse new market opportunities to expand the company’s presence and reach (New indications, Key account segmentation) Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders & societies in the industry to enhance the company’s reputation and influence Support KOL Clinical & Non-clinical engagement plans including partnerships, collaborations and speaking opportunities Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for market development initiatives Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs ensuring effective communication and collaboration Work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to align market development strategies with overall business goals & strategic decision-making Job Qualifications BA / BS required.
