About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and revenue.
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
* Pipeline Development: Collaborate with our SDRs and marketing team to qualify high-quality inbound and outbound leads with consistent, strategic follow-up.
* Demo Excellence: Deliver tailored online demos that directly address customer pain points and clearly demonstrate our value proposition.
* Deal Closure: Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial demo to signed contract and ensure smooth handovers to our Customer Success team.
* Market Expansion: Play a key role in establishing us as the leading solution in the market.
* Cross-Functional Support: Contribute to translations, marketing campaigns, and trade fairs as we build our market presence together.
* Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers who become long-term partners.
Requirements
* Language Expertise: Native-level proficiency plus strong English skills for seamless communication across markets.
* Proven Sales Experience: 2–4 years of successful experience in SaaS sales or similar digital environments.
* Presentation Skills: Confident demo delivery and presentation abilities that convert prospects into customers.
* Strategic Persistence: Structured approach to follow-ups with the drive to consistently move deals forward.
* Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel for trade fairs and customer meetings.
* Bonus Qualifications: Knowledge of the market, German language skills, fast-cycle SMB sales experience, or proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
