Your role: Sales & Business Development in Germany Lead the identification, qualification and pursuit of new business opportunities within Germany across core industries (e.g. manufacturing, mobility, energy). Establish customer partnerships and grow Etteplan’s footprint in the country, aligning with long-term strategic goals. Market & Opportunity Analysis Conduct detailed market analyses to discover growth segments, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Translate findings into actionable local sales strategies. Cross-Service Area Management Work closely with the Etteplan service area vice presidents to prepare, propose and deliver integrated solutions to customers. Global Strategy Implementation Translate Etteplan’s global strategy into local country focus and actions. Ensure consistent execution of group-wide initiatives such as group wide offering promotion, key account programs and CRM standards. Your experience and qualifications: Minimum 7–10 years in business development, strategic sales, within technology industry, e.g. in area of engineering services, or software/embedded industries. Proven success in growing a German business unit or sales, preferably within a global or matrix organization. Strong understanding of German industrial markets, customer buying behaviors and business culture. Experience managing complex, cross-functional sales involving multiple service offerings. Familiarity with sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce ), financial forecasting, and sales pipeline management.
