We’reseeking aSenior Director, Integrated Marketing Experiences (IMX)to lead how our brands come to life across Germany. This is a pivotal leadership role—where strategy, creativity, and precision meet to influence millions of consumer moments every day.
The Opportunity
As the architect of IMX in Germany, you will define how our portfolio shows up across the full consumer journey—seamlessly integrating media, content, partnerships, and experience.
You will:
1. Shape abest-in-class IMX strategyacross all brands
2. Orchestratefull-funnel connectionsthat drive both brand equity and growth
3. Leadhigh-impact media investment and optimisationacross all channels
4. Partner across Brand, Commercial, and Bottling teams to deliver unified execution
5. Elevate performance throughdata-led decision making and advanced measurement
You will also guide a high-performing team and a world-class ecosystem of agencies and platform partners—setting the standard for excellence, innovation, and accountability.
The Profile
You are a seasoned marketing leader with deepexpertisein integrated marketing and media, equally fluent in creativity and analytics.
6. 10–15+ years in IMX, media, or integrated marketing leadership
7. Proventrack recorddriving impact across complex, multi-brand environments
8. Strong command of data-driven marketing, performance, and measurement
9. Exceptional stakeholder leadership and team development capabilities
10. Fluent in German
