Head of Invoicing, Collection & Recovery This role consists of issuing the correct invoices to Business Partners for all services provided for their customers, of collecting the outstanding amount and of performing the settlement of the commissions to the Business Partners and Brokers. What you do Team Leadership : Organize, steer, and develop your team to achieve top-notch performance. Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate invoicing, efficient collection processes, and timely commission settlements. Communication & Collaboration: Foster open communication with Business Partners to address queries and facilitate smooth operations. Performance Monitoring: Utilize IT tools to develop and maintain internal controls, monitor performance, and prepare reports. Invoicing, Collection & Recovery: Issue and send invoices to Business Partners. Manage cash allocation and reconciliation. Evaluate new credit requests and maintain regular communication to ensure timely collections. Prepare reports to monitor invoice collection and notify Business Partners of outstanding invoices. Commissions Settlement: Calculate and govern commission payments to Business Partners and Brokers. Send reports and address queries related to commissions. Ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions. What you bring MBA in Accounting & Finance Ten years ears of Experience Required Insurance background Experience in Invoicing / Collection / Management Ability to work and communicate with different cultures, levels and organizations world-wide Analytical skills. Reactivity, team spirit and leader ship Synthesis capacity / excel / accounting Ability to arbitrate and prioritize. Solutions and results oriented. Ability to innovate and seek for advances in technology and practices.
