Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of ~8 senior Dynamics engineers — fostering autonomy, creativity, and proactive solution finding. Encourage the team to think beyond stakeholder requests, initiating proposals that enhance business processes and deliver measurable impact. Own technical strategy and roadmaps for Dynamics 365 (Sales & Marketing) and Power Platform solutions, balancing new features, modernisation, and operational stability. Oversee architecture, configuration, data model governance, and integrations with other business systems and Azure services. Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliable change/release management. Drive adoption of Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI). Embed AI / Copilot functionality into production workflows to improve efficiency and user experience. Maintain close collaboration with Microsoft to adopt new features early and follow best practices. Act as the primary technical sparring partner for Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
