Deputy lean process engineering manager

Main Task:

• Accelerate continuous improvement with team collaboration.
• Develop and control the budget for the department to ensure that all financial and cost objectives are met and targets are achieved within overall cost constraints.
• Direct and control staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated, trained and carry out their responsibilities as to the required standards.
• Drive process improvement with lean manufacturing technic.
• Identify waste from operations.
• Initiate education and training of lean manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Have experience min. 5 years for Lean Project
• Have experience at least 5 years in manufacturing and improvements such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing, VSM, FMEA, and PDCA.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
