 
        
        Lead the Global Sales and Tender Team
This role involves driving complex service projects for stationary Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will make critical decisions that drive projects from initial opportunity development to successful contract closure.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of services for utility scale battery storage systems, identifying market trends and new technical requirements. They will develop offer strategies and competitive proposals in close collaboration with the EPC organization.
You will be responsible for taking primary responsibility for technical and contractual topics to shape competitive offers, pricing models, and ensure risk minimization. Additionally, you will lead complex international contract negotiations together with your team.

Requirements
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, M.Sc, or a similar field is required.
 * A minimum of 5 years of experience with direct experience in technical sales, bidding, and tendering for utility-scale projects, preferably in a service environment.
 * Experience leading and managing a team is essential.
 * Excellent communication skills with business English and German are necessary, coupled with strong assertiveness and ability to effectively advocate for ideas and decisions towards internal and external stakeholders up to top management and decision makers.
 * A basic understanding of stationary battery storage systems, technologies, and components including batteries, transformers, controls, or power conversion systems is required.
 * An understanding of service offerings including LTSAs, performance & availability guarantees, RAMS, and field service is essential.
 * Dedication and flexibility with a track record of successful leading international teams, working independently, and achieving results is necessary.
 * Experience in leading international negotiations in direct customer contact, as well as steering internal and external partners is required.
