For our location in Mannheim (remote working possible), we are looking for the following person to start as soon as possible: Marketing Executive - Patient and Volunteer Enrolment (m/f/d) Full-Time Your Responsibilities Support the Marketing manager in the development and execution of the local marketing and lead gen plan Develop engagement strategies across channels to drive traffic to the German recruitment website Manage marketing spend within agreed budgets Social Media and local recruitment website, e.g.: Responding to comments and reviews across social media channels utilising engagement tools such as salesforce.com marketing cloud and Instagram Creating blogs to be shared across social channels and uploaded to the German recruitment website Materials and content creation, e.g.: Working with digital agencies and other 3rd party partners to develop marketing materials based on target audience Design a recruitment strategy based on study protocol and requirements Lead Generation activity, e.g.: Supporting the recruitment manager and Patient advocacy team with marketing materials to support engagement opportunities Undertaking market research as required Your Profile You have a degree in Marketing and are experienced in managing marketing projects in Germany You are proficient in English and German at a professional level You have the ability to self manage workload and prioritise multiple requests from differing parts of the business You are able to prioritise and deliver against internal and external timelines You have experience in managing social media channels You are willing work on site in Mannheim if there are on site appointments We Offer In-depth familiarisation with the area of responsibility and participation in internal and external training opportunities A performance-related salary and a flexible working time model A varied, exciting and challenging workplace A friendly, collegial working atmosphere An extensive corporate benefit programme Remote working after successful onboarding Are you Interested?
