Site Manager – Security Systems

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a global security systems integrator for experienced Site Managers to oversee the installation and delivery of complex security and building technology projects across Berlin, Munich, and Stuttgart.
The successful candidate will take ownership of on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all on-site installation and commissioning activities.
* Manage subcontractors, technicians, and internal teams during project execution.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Oversee timelines, documentation, and progress reporting.
* Serve as the primary site contact for project management and client representatives.
* Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures for systems including:
* Fire alarm systems
* Access control and CCTV
* Building management and automation systems (BMS)
* Low-voltage electrical installations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Installation Manager, ideally in security systems, building automation, or electrical installation projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage, fire detection, access control, or BMS systems.
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
* Fluent in German and proficient in English.
* Willingness to travel between project sites within Berlin, Munich, and Stuttgart.
