7+ years in publishing, marketing, or product management, preferably in games, entertainment, or techProven experience leading high‑impact, multi‑market campaigns from strategic planning through to executionDemonstrated ability to influence product direction through market insight and player advocacyStrong leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional and distributed teamsDeep understanding of FPS gaming culture and the VALORANT player communityExceptional communication skills, fluent in Polish and EnglishStrong budget ownership experience with a track record of maximizing ROI across multiple marketsDesired Qualifications:
Experience driving publishing strategy for major game launches or sustained live service products across multiple countriesProven success integrating esports, live events, and cultural moments into holistic brand strategiesStrong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable publishing tacticsExperience mentoring and developing other publishing professionalsFor this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
