Manager Labour Relations
Location: Frankfurt
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager Labour Relations to advise and support HR teams across the DACH region. The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, managing relations with works councils, and providing strategic labour law guidance for transformation and restructuring projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliant implementation of HR and labour-related measures.
* Advise HR managers and act as a strategic legal partner.
* Work with works councils on collective agreements, restructurings, and social plans.
* Support transformation, restructuring, and M&A initiatives.
* Maintain and harmonise works agreements across the region.
* Monitor legal developments and advise on implications.
Requirements:
* Law degree with a focus on labour law preferred, 3+ years of relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of German labour law.
* Experience in dealing with employee representation and collective bargaining.
* Proven experience in restructuring or transformation projects.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
* Experience in a corporate environment preferred.
