Our client, a well-established social psychiatric center with an excellent reputation in the Greater Mönchengladbach area, is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist (m/w/d) to lead the development of a new location. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and the healthcare provider. Your Profile:
* You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation).
* Board certification as a Specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Neurology.
* Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
* Strong dedication and creativity in patient care.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Motivation to develop and expand modern psychiatric care structures.
* Flexibility and commitment to ongoing professional and personal development.
Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and provide individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
* Deliver individual therapy sessions and, if desired, group therapy.
* Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including other specialists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and additional healthcare professionals.
