Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Market Europe Consumer Direct Retail by ensuring that all Omnichannel services and their sub-initiatives are managed effectively end-to-end involving all key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class consumer journey and drive performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the implementation of an effective and efficient demand management process to deliver enhancements to established solutions based on operational performance and market needs.
2. Develop an appropriate change management strategy to lead change in the market organization.
3. Ensure best-in-class Omnichannel performance for consumers and stores as well as target achievement of key KPIs by implementing best practices and utilizing operational reports, monitoring mechanisms and competitions.
4. Deliver training and related material to drive effective and efficient operations within the respective functions impacted by the solution.
5. Deliver documentation of all key initiatives and make it easily available for the organization. Prepare and update local guidelines based on market requests.
6. Organize and facilitate required meetings to inform and motivate the organization for the assigned key initiatives.
7. Understand, consolidate, and represent the business interests of the Market as an ‘ambassador’ towards global counterparts.
8. Lead the Europe Champions Program and sustain excellence in securing change agents in the markets that act as key catalysts and ambassadors for change in Omnichannel and Digital Retail.
9. Support the overall Retail & Consumer Excellence Team for other key initiatives as assigned by reporting line manager(s).

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
31. University degree and/or commercial training in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales is preferred (or similar business experience)
32. Minimum 4 years Retail experience
33. Experience in Omnichannel or Digital Retail is an advantage.
