* Lead sales growth across all existing and future European markets to deliver revenue targets and deliver brand performance.
* Drive market share and revenue growth through the enhancement and successful execution of the commercial strategy.
* Lead and grow a high-performing sales team fostering accountability, agility, and excellence.
* Manage and evolve the dealer network to ensure profitability, performance, and brand alignment in collaboration with National Sales Companies.
* Set and monitor dealer performance targets, maximizing opportunities and implementing corrective actions to address potential challenges
* Ensure accurate forecasting across all markets and define operational programs to meet volume, margin, and customer satisfaction targets across all markets.
* Oversee field sales activities, ensuring all sales operations reflect the premium brand positioning of Genesis and all sales opportunities are fully leveraged.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, PR, CX, Finance and related functions to ensure strong partner relationships and realize all brand opportunities.
* Manage and optimize incentive programs to deliver the business plan
* Oversee order planning and inventory optimization to balance market demand with supply and cash flow requirements.
* Manage Remarketing & CPO initiatives to ensure strong RV management
* Maximize financing opportunities in conjunction with partners to ensure successful positioning with leasing partners across all markets.
About you:
* Degree qualified with a minimum of 15 years of progressive OEM sales experience, preferably within a premium brand.
* You will be a proven leader in managing sales at a European, or multi-market level and delivering sales growth and profitability.
* Superior relationship management skills with a deep understanding of European automotive networks and the competitive landscape.
* Excellent capability in managing performance in complex and dynamic environments
* Inspirational leadership style with the ability to empower, align, and drive teams toward ambitious goals.

* Exceptional communications skills in English, with fluency in other European languages advantageous
