As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d), you will take an active role in shaping marketing decisions across multiple brands within the 7NXT Health Group (BuddyFit, Gymondo & 7Mind).
Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will partner closely with Marketing & Product Managers, Heads of Marketing and cross-functional leadership to drive insights that truly matter and making campaignes succesful – moving beyond surface metrics and dashboards to challenge assumptions, guide decisions and measure real business impact. Go beyond reporting: assess why something worked (or didn’t) using controlled experiments, causal inference, and advanced analytics
Cross-Brand Marketing Analytics
Enable marketing analytics across multiple brands
Build scalable systems to measure, compare, and improve marketing ROI
Design and execute A/B tests and CRO initiatives
Apply regression analysis, experimentation frameworks, and other statistical methods to support product & marketing growth
Mentor fellow analysts and contribute to a strong, collaborative analytics culture
Help raise standards across methodology, communication, and documentation
Data Products & Standards
Build and maintain robust models and visualizations – focused on clarity and action, not dashboards for the sake of dashboards
Improve internal workflows, tooling, and documentation standards with the broader data team
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Rudderstack, Tableau, Looker, Adjust, Braze, BigQuery, Firebase, Airflow, dbt, Databricks, Amplitude
You are a data-driven marketing professional who combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset.
Education: A Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
Marketing Analytics Expertise : 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing(or equivalent knowledge gained through projects or work), business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and digital marketing strategies.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in advanced SQL and dbt (or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to these tools), along with experience using industry-grade visualization tools like Tableau; Python experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, Rudderstack, Adjust, and A/B testing tools (e.g., Proven track record in running and analyzing A/B tests and driving user journey improvements through data insights.
A proactive problem solver who can derive actionable insights from complex data and align them with business goals.
