We are currently looking for an experienced site manager for a project at our customer's site.
Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards.
+ Coordinate and collaborate with management, contractors,
and facility management to maintain workflow and productivity. Also support by identifying and communicating needs and concerns of space owners from the Tesla Black Forest Engineering team.
+ Enforce HSE regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel and high-quality construction activities.
+ Escalate topics to the Construction Manager when needed.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management or Engineering or relevant on site experience
+ Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry, especially LPH5, HVAC and Civil
+ Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and German is a must.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
+ DIN 0600-100 Norms (construction for general electric norms)
