Work as an IT-Application Manager with Focus on HCM
Take on the challenge of developing concepts and solutions for the further development of the HCM landscape, including support for the introduction of modern tools (SAP SuccessFactors and H4S4).
* As an IT-Application Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the application operation of the department and supporting support and project activities.
* You will be responsible for providing qualified IT consulting to the department in terms of operational operation and proactive further development of business processes and applications.
* Develop new solutions (conception, development) and design the architecture of the application landscape of the department, processes, and applications.
* Ensure compliance with standards for applications and compliance.
* Steer projects within the scope of application management.
* Lead external providers in application management and in projects.
* Stay up-to-date with current market solutions and trends in IT.
Requirements and Qualifications
For this position, we are looking for a professional with:
* A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Engineering or a comparable/adequate education.
* Professional experience in the department-specific disciplines.
* Expert knowledge and a good understanding in the area of SAP HCM.
* Experience in leading and coordinating IT projects.
* Experience in steering external service providers, predominantly in the field of IT.
* Analytical skills, conceptual thinking, structured work style, and high solution competence.
* Excellent communication skills, particularly for building long-term customer relationships, both internally (department) and externally (providers/service providers).
* High level of stress tolerance, conflict resolution ability, and assertiveness.
* High level of self-initiative and willingness to learn.
