Our activity in Germany :
1. Main activity : Airline Catering
2. Key clients: United Airline, LATAM, Saoudia, Egypte Air…
3. Headcount : 600 people
We are looking to hire a Chef de partie / Cook.
Main responsabilities :
4. Prepare dishes following company recipes, ensuring correct portions, quality, and presentation, particularly for renowned airline clients.
5. Ensure proper storage and regular quality checks of ingredients, following internal standards.
6. Manage food presentations and plating.
7. Maintain cleanliness and comply with hygiene standards throughout the production process.
Perfil
8. Must live in Frankfurt or near by
9. Leadership, teamwork, commitment, and creativity are key.
10. Good sense of taste and smell.
11. Organized, efficient, and reliable.
12. Industry knowledge is not required; we provide thorough training.
13. Good German skills, with English knowledge an advantage.
14. A valid security clearance in accordance with §7 LuftSIG is beneficial but not mandatory.
15. A clean police record from the past 10 years is required.
