We are seeking a distinguished scientist to lead our department in the field of relativistic heavy-ion and hadron physics.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of our Silicon Tracking System, a key detector in our Compressed Baryonic Matter (CBM) experiment.
* Develop software for experiment control, event reconstruction, and detector simulation.
* Design front-end electronics for our Time-Of-Flight (TOF) detector.
* Oversee our data acquisition system and infrastructure.
Requirements:
* PhD in Physics or related field.
* Strong background in relativistic heavy-ion and hadron physics.
* Experience in project management and team leadership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
