We are looking for a Field Application Engineers (various levels of seniority) to join a world leading technology company at their technology centre in Munich.As a Field Application Engineer your responsibilities will include:Market Strategy & Positioning: Develop & implement go-to-market strategies to strengthen the company’s position in the antenna industry.Customer & Partner Collaboration: Engage with mobile network operators, internal teams, & external partners to identify needs, create solutions, & drive adoption.Industry Insights & Product Development: Analyze market trends & customer requirements to guide product roadmaps & ensure competitive offerings.Technical Solution Promotion: Support sales teams by presenting antenna technologies, addressing technical concerns, & identifying innovation opportunities.Standardization & Industry Involvement: Contribute to shaping industry standards & positioning the company as a leader in the field.Global Business Expansion: Build & nurture long-term partnerships, supporting international growth initiatives.As a Field Application Engineers your skills will include:Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, ideally with a specialization in RF or electromagneticsExperience in technical sales, marketing, or business development within the antenna, RF or telecommunications industryStrong understanding of mobile network operator needs & industry trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, & relationship-building skillsExperience managing international projects & coordinating with global teams.Proactive, self-motivated, & results-oriented mindsetFluent in English; additional language skills are a plusWillingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)Feel free to also refer someone you may know who could be good for the role.
