This role is central to driving strategic growth across the EMEA market by integrating two high-performing business development teams following a recent acquisition.Focused on delivering integrated physical, mental, and financial wellness solutions, the organization supports consumers, healthcare professionals, and employers to improve health outcomes worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and align a diverse team of Business Development professionals.Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture.Develop and implement performance management and coaching strategies.Sales Strategy & ExecutionDefine clear team revenue targets and execution plans.Establish scalable processes for lead generation, pipeline development, and opportunity sourcing.Build strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and consultants to fuel long-term growth.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner closely with Customer Success teams to drive upsell opportunities.Collaborate with regional leaders to shape and execute market expansion strategies.Act as an executive sponsor for critical accounts and major partnerships.Performance & ReportingMonitor and report on business development metrics.Regularly present insights and performance updates to executive leadership.Promote adoption of best practices, tools, and training across the team.Qualifications & Skills5–7 years of experience leading EMEA-focused sales teamsStrong background in sales performance metrics and analyticsDemonstrated success in post-merger team integration and multicultural team leadershipProven operational leadership and client partnership development experienceBackground in health, mental health, wellness, or employee support services (preferred)Advanced skills in communication, data analysis, and presentationFluent in both German and EnglishProficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office SuiteUniversity degree in Business or equivalent professional experienceIf this opportunity is of interest, please apply with a copy of your CV and one of our team will be in touch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
