【Key Responsibilities】
# Lead the market introduction and launch of the brand in Germany in close alignment with global HQ.
# Develop and execute brand and campaign strategies to build brand awareness, consideration, and trust from market entry onwards.
# Plan, manage, and deliver integrated launch and ongoing marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, events, and PR channels.
# Localize global brand narratives, messaging, and creative assets from Chinese HQ for German audiences.
# Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across all customer touchpoints.
# Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget.
# Track campaign performance and brand KPIs, optimizing activities based on data-driven insights.
# Support product launches and key brand milestones with compelling storytelling and creative execution.
【Key Requirements】
# Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
# Integrated marketing, ideally within the automotive, technology, or consumer electronics sector.
# Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, events, and PR channels.
# Strong understanding of brand building and market entry strategies, including brand positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement.
# Experience localizing global brand strategies and creative assets for local markets.
# Ability to manage agencies and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
# Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance and optimizing activities based on data-driven insights.
# Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
# Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage.
