Located near Munich, Bavaria, our location offers access to outdoor activities in the Alps and Lake Starnberg. Flexible work arrangements are possible across our German locations, including Ottobrunn, Donauwörth, Friedrichshafen, Cologne, and Hamburg, subject to agreement.

Main Tasks
* Developing and implementing enterprise security programs, incident management, and business continuity plans
* Conducting risk and impact analyses on various systems, leading projects, and managing teams
* Designing mitigation strategies, analyzing data, and modeling risks
* Managing small projects and contributing to larger ones
* Documenting and presenting findings, delivering training, and improving processes
* Advising clients, supporting bid processes, and collaborating on proposals
* Ensuring technical delivery and training junior staff
Required Skills and Expertise
* Degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or related fields, with relevant extended qualifications
* Extensive experience in security and risk management tasks
* Deep knowledge of security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, EBIOS, FAIR
* Ability to develop security policies and manage multiple projects
* Proven experience in risk assessments and security initiatives, including risk analysis methodologies
* Understanding of regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, Export Control, Defense, EASA
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts
* Stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and cultural sensitivity
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
A security clearance is required. The role demands awareness of compliance risks and integrity.
