Waagner-Biro Luxembourg Stage Systems S.A. is part of the Waagner-Biro Stage Systems Group, one of the world's largest suppliers of stage technology, with headquarters in Austria. As one of the global market leaders, the company develops and installs stage technology systems for opera houses, theatres, music halls, multi-purpose halls, and cruise ships. The main focus at the Luxembourg location in Rodange is developing the safety-related control system for the stage machinery "Computer-Aided Theatre" (C⋅A⋅T), which uses state-of-the-art technology to control the upper stage and lower stage machinery in more than 300 venues worldwide.

TASK DESCRIPTION

The Marketing & Sales Internship at Waagner-Biro Stage Systems Luxembourg will work on the following tasks:

Conduct market research and CRM-based analysis to identify growth opportunities, potential clients, and new projects
Create project presentations for internal communication about new projects
Maintain, update, translate, and localize marketing materials, company brochures, project references, and corporate templates in line with brand guidelines
Coordinate the design, production, and procurement of branded merchandise, corporate apparel, promotional items, and market ing collateral
Support the preparation of theatres exhibitions worldwide
Support internal communications and coordinate internal com pany events

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing, communications, sales or a related field
Strong interest in marketing, sales, business development, and event management
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proactive, creative, and structured approach to work
Fluent English and French or English and German

NICE TO HAVE

Experience working with SAP-CRM systems
Experience creating presentations and marketing materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
Basic knowledge of branding, graphic design, or content creation
Any other language

OUR OFFER

We offer a varied internship program with a minimum duration of 1 month. Interns have the opportunity to return on a regular basis during their free time and school holidays, year after year, until they complete their Master's degree.

SALARY RANGE

The salary we offer is based on the statutory student wage rates applicable in Luxembourg.
