Our client is a fast-growing, fully remote, international HR tech company that enables businesses to hire, onboard, and manage employees and contractors across multiple countries. They are currently seeking an HR and Payroll Specialist Contractor.

Your new role
1. Manage accurate and timely payroll processing in the Czech Republic.
2. Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security regulations.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external payroll providers.
4. Maintain and improve payroll systems and processes, including automation and reporting.
5. Support employee onboarding/offboarding and handle payroll-related queries.
6. Monitor legislative changes and ensure company-wide compliance.
7. Evaluate payroll software, including integration with the company technology.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Fluent in Czech and English languages.
9. Proven experience with in-house payroll.
10. Strong knowledge of the Czech environment (local authorities, payroll legislation).
11. Familiarity with Czech payroll systems (e.g. KelExpress or Nugget).
12. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
13. Experience managing payroll for client accounts is a strong advantage.
14. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
