In this role, you will act as a trusted legal expert, serving as a central link between the business, internal stakeholders, and external contractual partners. What you will do Provide legal advice on a broad range of commercial, regulatory, and contractual matters across all regions Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including distribution agreements, MSAs, and investment management agreements Support cross-functional projects involving business, infrastructure, and compliance teams Monitor and interpret regulatory developments in German and European law relevant to asset management and financial services, such as cross-border distribution, DLT Pilot Regime and eligible assets Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure legal risk is appropriately managed Contribute to the development and refinement of internal legal policies and templates. What you bring Fully qualified lawyer with completed State Exams or equivalent international qualifications with above-average results Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Strong interest in Legal Tech and AI tools Fluent in English and German, with proven ability to work in an international environment Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of German and European commercial and capital markets law Basic knowledge of GenAI and Microsoft CoPilot.
