Shift Team leader

Position summary
The Shift Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in line with factory standards and specifications. The role focuses on managing resources, maintaining compliance with Health & Safety and Quality requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
A day in the life…
* Ensure smooth and effective production operation and output according to specifications
* Lead production shift by ensuring right resources as well as Safety and Quality standards
* Participate in projects for improvement of machine or operational reliability
* Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, while ensuring compliance
* Act as a point of reference for Health & Safety according to legislation as well as specific factory rules
What makes you successful
* University Degree in Engineering or Food Technology or any other relevant field
* Strong communication & organizational skills
* Problem solving capabilities
* TPM knowledge would be a plus
* Ability to work in shifts
* Fluency in Greek and English
* PC literacy
* Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
