Your tasks:
In this position, you will ensure a long-term profitable business for the company by developing and consolidating a customer network in the region. You will work with the BDMs and product management to fulfill customer needs and follow market trends.
1. Coordinate, visit, support and train major customers
2. Prioritise projects and activities
3. Negotiate projects and orders
4. Define budget with Country Manager and Communicate results (e.g. KPIs) and specific needs on a regular basis
5. Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
6. Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in these processes and define action plans to address them as soon as possible
7. identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines (e.g. new products, accessories) with Business Development Managers, R&D and Product Management
8. Visits to headquarter as required for specific activities
Your skills:
With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
9. Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration / Energy / Air Conditioning / Electrical Engineering
10. Preferably thermodynamic background
11. Knowledge of GPC-Software selection, Experience in Sales,
12. Min. 3 years experience in Sales, preferably as External Sales
13. Min. 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating system or Heat Exchangers
14. Good knowledge of the (local) refrigeration and AC market
15. Fluent in Polish is mandatory and good English is desirable
