Our client, a leading corporate finance firm in DACH is looking for strong additions to their team on Manager level and above, focusing on Restructuring
Responsibilities
* Lead financial restructuring and turnaround engagements, including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and stakeholder negotiations.
* Support clients through distressed situations, refinancing processes, and operational improvement initiatives across various industries.
* Prepare financial analyses, restructuring models, and presentations for lenders, investors, and senior management teams.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
Qualifications
* 4–7 years of experience in corporate finance, restructuring, transaction services, investment banking, or a related advisory environment.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with experience in liquidity analysis, business reviews, and restructuring scenarios.
* Fluent German and professional English communication skills required for client interaction and cross-border projects.
* Proven ability to manage workstreams independently in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
