Responsibilities
1. Drive sales targets and product qualifications within the region
2. Understands customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
3. Brings the outside-in view to support the internal team to enhance product portfolio development
4. Participates and supports customers during product trials and qualification
5. Being responsible for the entire sales process with customers, with the support of Clariant’s dedicated teams
6. Maintains an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends within the industry
7. Represent Clariant at selected industry events and/or conferences
Requirements
8. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields (Master’s or PhD optional)
9. 10+ years of experience within the polypropylene industry
10. Confident in communication and cooperation with multicultural teams
11. Pro-active personality, self-driven, self-organized
12. Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
13. Eager to align with relevant stakeholders and develop long-lasting relationship with key customers across different functions and levels
