Bella&Bona is a fast-growing food-tech company running high-volume, time-critical daily operations.
Our logistics and dispatch flow is the backbone of the business - if execution fails, everything fails.
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Dispatch & Logistics Operator with 1–2 years of experience who wants to operate at the core of daily operations.
This is not a desk job.
You will be on-site, on your feet, and directly involved in making sure hundreds of meals are delivered correctly and on time, every day.
Your mission
You ensure that daily operations run, move, and deliver - on time and without errors.
You are part of the execution layer that keeps the system stable under pressure.
What You Will Do
* Execute daily dispatch operations on-site
* Coordinate closely with drivers and kitchen teams
* Support route planning and adjust routes in real time
* Ensure all deliveries are correctly prepared, loaded, and dispatched
* Monitor order flow from production to final delivery
* Step into delivery routes when needed
* Identify and solve operational issues immediately
* Maintain structure and control in fast-moving situations
* Contribute to improving processes through hands-on execution
Your profile
* 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, delivery, or similar
* You are hands-on, fast, and reliable
* You prefer action over desk work
* You stay calm and effective under pressure and time constraints
* You take ownership — no excuses, no “not my job”
* You are comfortable being physically active throughout the day
* Driving License Class B (mandatory) — confident driving in the city
* English required; German is a plus
(We do not require a university degree — execution matters more than theory.)
