Requirements

* 4–6 years of relevant experience in an HR consulting role.
* A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong appetite for continuous learning and development.
* Demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify client needs, shape tailored solutions and contribute to growth.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and ability to build trusted relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a structured approach.
* A high level of autonomy and organisational skills, with capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Solid command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HR Information Systems is a definite asset.
* Fluency in French and English is essential; German is considered an advantage.
