- Deliver, design, and continuously improve sales trainings with a focus on products, procedures, and sales for internal stakeholders (sales representatives, product managers, and local trainers)
- Provide training programs covering both onboarding and continuous development for sales organizations
- Develop and implement new training concepts based on identified business needs
- Create and maintain blended learning materials to support diverse training formats
- Evaluate training effectiveness, sustainability, and overall quality
- Collaborate closely with EMEA Product Management
Deine Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Education Science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical device sales
- Experience as a trainer in the medical field is preferred, ideally within Urology or medical devices
- Strong media skills for both virtual and on-site training, including the development of training materials
- Affinity for and enthusiasm about medical technology and the MedTech industry
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel regularly
