Why This Role?
As our Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll work with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to co-develop and scale strategic go-to-market initiatives that drive adoption of Nexi’s solutions among SMEs. You’ll be the bridge between product, marketing, and partnerships – turning joint plans into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute joint GTM strategies and integrated partner campaigns (digital, content, events, webinars, social)
* Own the partner marketing lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, enablement, nurturing, MDF, reporting
* Create impactful sales enablement assets: playbooks, decks, case studies, battlecards
* Deliver and host local partner events and build vibrant partner communities
* Collaborate with Product and Central Marketing teams to localise offers and gather market insights
* Use CRM and marketing automation tools to optimise campaigns and generate pipeline
* Manage local budgets and agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution
What You Bring
* Experience in B2B marketing, ideally with software vendors, ISVs or SaaS partners
* Hands-on experience with CRM / automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
* Strong campaign analytics mindset and project ownership
* Fluency in English and German
Bonus Skills
* Experience in cloud or ecosystem-based marketing (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud)
* Familiarity with payments, fintech, or SME marketing
* Track record of organising partner events and managing MDF/co-funded programmes
* Knowledge of GDPR and EU marketing compliance
