Job Responsibilities
1. Content Providers Management:
2. Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing content providers in the region, continuously optimizing content acquisition, staying informed about market trends, and handling urgent business communications.
3. Develop business with new content providers, enriching the variety of partner types (e.g., consolidators, aggregators), and enhancing the competitiveness of local content.
4. Airline Business Development:
5. Responsible for regular communication and cooperation with airlines in Germany to develop and maintain local flight products.
6. Conduct business negotiations with airline headquarters and regional offices to secure competitive sales conditions.
7. Monitor market dynamics and provide pricing and product strategy recommendations to enhance competitiveness.
8. Data Monitoring:
9. Monitor the sales data of flight products and communicate strategies with operations teams based on market trends and sales performance.
10. Review sales performance with trade partners, including content providers and airlines, to identify further cooperation opportunities and negotiate better sales conditions.
11. Other Responsibilities:
12. Assist in planning and promoting marketing activities for air ticket sales in Germany.
13. Collect information on the local air ticket agency market, monitor competitor dynamics, and summarize and analyze daily business data. Prepare analytical reports based on various business data.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3–5 years of relevant work experience in distribution management within airlines, travel agencies, or the business development department of an OTA flight team. Familiarity with industry tools such as GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and the industry chain.
2. Strong knowledge of airline products and sales conditions, with a solid ability to research global flight products and a deep understanding of the civil aviation market, especially the European aviation market.
3. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
4. Proficient in office software, data-sensitive, and skilled in data analysis.
