We are looking for a professional who will work closely with our sales team to ensure the seamless delivery and billing of software licenses to our customers. You will play a key role in shaping our strategy to meet customer demands and strengthen our market position.
Your tasks will include:
* Preparing orders and shipments to ensure all components arrive correctly and on time at the customer's premises.
* Handling inquiries related to Microsoft licenses, creating offers, and developing tailored license models that cater to individual customer needs.
* Providing support and advice for existing customers as well as potential clients to guarantee they are well-informed about all aspects of licensing and receive optimal support.
* Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service and achieve joint sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have experience in processing software licenses and be familiar with details. It is advantageous if you possess knowledge of Microsoft licensing models such as Volume Licensing, Enterprise Agreement, CSP or Open Licensing. A strong focus on customer orientation, communication skills, and technical understanding of Microsoft products complete the profile.
