Office Manager - International Investment Firm - Frankfurt
One of our clients that we’ve had a longstanding partnership has asked me to recruit a new Office Manager role for their boutique Frankfurt office. You will be working alongside a wonderful team of EAs, while ensure the smooth running and operations of their busy office.
This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible, and fluency in German and professional level English are essential.
THE ROLE
The main core of the role will be to manage the daily operations and management of the busy office, working alongside a team of brilliant assistants. It’s a challenging fast-paced environment and everyone has high standards and is very humble - no one is too precious to do the small tasks or jump into bigger projects.
Key duties as follows: Office management Operations and facilities management Providing first class workplace experience for all employees and guests Organising team and investor events Coordinating meeting rooms and event spaces, including catering Managing vendors and suppliers Financial administration and budgeting Providing HR support in regard to recruitment and onboarding/offboarding Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries
THE CANDIDATE
An ideal candidate for this Office Manager role will have experience working for a fast-paced, international firm in an operational support role. You should be happy working in the office with some flexibility to work from home.
You will posses the following experience and attributes: 5-10 years’ experience in office management, operations, facilities management, or business support Experience working in a fast-paced, international firm - ideally from a professional services background Experience managing service providers and third-party vendors Invoice management and budget tracking experience Strong organisational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Calm under pressure and high attention to detail Proactive approach with a positive, can-do attitude Professional, reliable and uses initiative
