Reliable Client Management. You handle rollouts, updates, and provide troubleshooting when needed, ensuring our IT runs smoothly every day.
You take ownership of maintaining our workplace and meeting room infrastructure, whether it's hardware setup or audio-visual systems,
Hands-On Project Involvement. You contribute to change initiatives and project work, and optimizing our internal IT environment.
You’ll join a dynamic and motivated IT team that values early responsibility and shared growth. A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or IT systems electronics technician or relevant professional experience.
Proven experience in end-user support, particularly in Windows environments, experience with iOS devices is an advantage.
A genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset.
You communicate fluently in English and German.
