Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, deploying, and managing Microsoft technology solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
* Installation, deployment, and management of Microsoft technology solutions (On-premises & M365/Azure)
* Proposal and participation in projects related to technology in collaboration with IT resources
* Development and maintenance of domain technical documentation and associated operational procedures
* Support for solutions linked to identity in M365 (Azure EntraID, AD Connect, conditional access, …) & Exchange Online
Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee operations management, perform daily checks, define standards, and ensure compliance.

* Reporting on usage of in-place solution
The role also involves working with IT teams to integrate Microsoft cloud services with on-premises infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, designing and improving technology infrastructure, maintaining technology in operational conditions, and participating in projects integration.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a university degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field, as well as proven experience of minimum 5 years in a similar function.

ITIL foundation certification is considered an asset, and knowledge of Windows servers in hybrid environment, Active directory/EntraID & Exchange on-premises/online, Microsoft security, scripting (Powershell), excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and high willingness to discover and promote new technologies and solutions within the energy domain are required.
* Knowledge of managing:
