Tasks
Role Summary : We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial CoFounder & MD to lead our venture from concept to market leadership. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction building and leading the team overseeing brand development driving growth and establishing a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
* Define and execute the overall strategic direction business model and gotomarket strategy.
* Build and lead a highperformance team fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
* Secure key partnerships and collaborations within the nutrition sports and health ecosystem.
* Oversee brand positioning product innovation and marketing strategy.
* Drive fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
* Ensure robust financial management and strategic resource allocation.
* Act as the public face and ambassador of the company raising awareness and credibility.

Requirements
Your Profile :
* Proven experience in leadership roles preferably as a founder or senior executive in consumer brands or startups ideally within nutrition sports health or related premium consumer sectors.
* Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands or products from early stage to significant market presence.
* Strong strategic thinking business acumen and financial management skills.
* Excellent communicator and relationship builder with the ability to inspire teams investors and market stakeholders.
* Passionate about wellness nutrition sports and the premium consumer space.
* Entrepreneurial spirit resilience and ability to thrive in fastpaced startup environments.
