About the Role
We are looking for a passionate leader to drive our after-sales strategy and transformation. You'll be responsible for developing strategic directions, leading a dynamic team, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring the delivery of excellent after-sales services. This role involves budget management, risk mitigation, process optimization, and active participation in marketing and communication strategies to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic plans, including setting target images and action measures.
2. Lead, develop, and manage the team within a dynamic environment.
3. Negotiate service contracts with top suppliers and build long-term business relationships.
4. Ensure processes meet customer needs and quality standards.
5. Manage budgets and ensure financial KPIs are met.
6. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
7. Negotiate authorization contracts and conduct tenders to improve after-sales offerings.
8. Develop communication strategies for after-sales services across channels.
9. Continuously improve customer processes and increase NPS.
10. Manage service orders and portfolio actively.
11. Oversee IT systems and processes related to after-sales.
12. Ensure and enhance profit margins.
13. Present at industry conferences and events.
14. Drive automation and digitalization of customer and back-office processes.
Qualifications
* Extensive leadership experience, managing large teams.
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Proven experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or service partners.
* Excellent management and entrepreneurial skills.
* Market and economic knowledge, especially in supply chain processes.
* Solid financial and IT expertise.
* Experience in after-sales and key account management.
* Strong analytical skills and process understanding.
* Ability to identify and define business opportunities.
* Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented in a dynamic environment.
* Project management knowledge is a plus.
